Story

Wayne is a man of few words—and even fewer attachments. As a bounty hunter, he is ruthlessly efficient, executing missions with the cold precision of a machine. According to Bahiti, Wayne can draw and hit multiple coins midair from 100 paces without flinching. His razor-sharp reflexes make him one of the best marksmen across the ice fields.

While his trusty rifle is his signature, Wayne often resorts to his modified Power Boomerang to bring targets in “intact,” especially when payment depends on it. Every now and then, he offers a fair fight before subduing his prey—but never loses, of course.

Wayne has no friends and doesn’t pretend otherwise. He takes on high-risk missions not out of justice, but for profit. However, Greg the judge, one of his rare allies, notes that Wayne does have a personal code—he won’t take jobs that cross his own blurred moral line.

When asked about his past, Wayne once replied, “I’m from another world—a world that no longer exists.” Most dismissed the comment as nonsense, but it wasn’t far from the truth. His hometown had been wiped out in a cataclysm. Left alone and with nothing to lose, Wayne abandoned his past and chose a life of isolation and survival.

Not all of Wayne’s hunts go according to plan. While tracking the infamous Zenobia, Queen of Violence, he was wounded and left for dead. Rescued by a young villager named Matilda, Wayne was nursed back to health. Her quiet resilience and kindness slowly chipped away at his frozen heart. When Zenobia returned to terrorize the village, Wayne stood between her and the helpless townsfolk—and won.

He left shortly after, saying nothing as always. But Matilda noticed the difference. Something had changed in Wayne—not enough to melt the ice completely, but enough to leave a crack.
